1.Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
2.Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
3.Support with timely updates and calculations related to payroll elements viz., Attendance, Overtime, leaves, provision.
4.Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or similar;
5. A minimum of 2+ years’ proven experience in Employee Relations / Human Resources Management.
6. Updated knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law, Residency, and Government documentations and processes.
• Proficient in MS Office and Outlook.
