We are seeking a highly qualified Field Expert (Technical/Commercial) to support governance, compliance, and risk management functions at a consultancy level. If you have strong expertise in governance frameworks, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance within Kuwait, we want to hear from you!

🎓 Educational Qualifications:
• Essential: Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Preferred: Master’s in Corporate Governance, Compliance, or Risk Management.

💼 Professional Experience:
• Minimum 15 years of experience in governance, compliance, internal audit, and risk management within Kuwait.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing governance and compliance frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of ISO standards including ISO 37000, 37301, 31000, 37001, and 19600.
• Familiarity with conflict-of-interest disclosures and ethics programs.

• CCGP – Certified Corporate Governance Professional
• CCEP – Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional
• CGP – Chartered Governance Professional
• CIA – Certified Internal Auditor

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
1. Governance & Compliance Framework Implementation
Develop and execute corporate governance structures aligned with local laws and best practices.
2. Overseeing Corporate Governance Execution
Monitor governance policy implementation and track KPIs to measure effectiveness.
3. Conflict of Interest Disclosure Management
Lead disclosure initiatives and mitigate risks through structured policies.
4. ISO Compliance Implementation
Align internal systems with ISO 19600 and 37301; conduct internal audits and evaluations.
5. Reporting & Regulatory Engagement
Generate high-level compliance reports and liaise with external regulatory bodies.
6. Compliance Training & Awareness
Design and deliver training programs across all levels of the organization.
