URGENTLY REQUIRED IT Assistant We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Assistant to join our dynamic IT team.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot network and connectivity problems.
• Assist in managing and maintaining servers, ensuring system stability and security.
• Perform routine software updates and patch management.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, licenses, and user access.
• Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in a similar IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
• Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Kuwait Driver’s license mandatory
• Should have a sociable personality
• Proficient in the English language
