• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in hotel housekeeping supervisory role.⁣⁣
• Proven track record of managing housekeeping staff and ensuring high standards of cleanliness.⁣⁣
• Strong leadership and team management skills to supervise and motivate housekeeping staff.⁣⁣
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.⁣⁣
• Attention to detail to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are met.⁣⁣
• Effective English communication skills for coordinating with clients, staff, and other stakeholders.⁣⁣
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, products, and best practices for home maintenance.⁣⁣
• Basic understanding of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.⁣⁣
• Willingness to perform hands-on cleaning tasks when necessary.⁣⁣
