Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive based in the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining customer records. The role also involves monitoring customer interactions to ensure high-quality service, analyzing customer feedback to improve service processes, and communicating effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support
Excellent Analytical Skills
Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
