Description:
• Present and sell freight services (e.g., air, ocean, road, warehousing) to businesses across various industries.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored logistics solutions.
• Provide quotes and handle all pricing negotiations.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues regarding services and rates.
• Follow up on quotes, ensuring that they are converted into bookings.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
