Job Responsibilities:
• Perform general administrative and office support tasks
• Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence
• Maintain and organize records, documents, and files
• Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing reports
• Support HR, accounting, and other departments as required
• Sales and procurement / Marketing and advertising.
• Contract negotiations and tendering.
• Healthy retention by maintaining customer relations.
• Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases.
• Track incoming inventory, delivery arrival time, and note actual arrival time.
• Organize and update database of suppliers, delivery times, invoices, and quantity of supplies
Requirements:
✅ Prior experience in an administrative role
✅ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
✅ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
✅ Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
📌 Preferred Candidates: Residing in Fahaheel, Mangaf, or Abu Halifa
