Responsibilities:
Handle customer service for social accounts (reply to DMs and customer inquiries). Manage client service & communication (calls, meetings, messages, and DMs).
Post content with captions & hashtags for social accounts.
✔ Translate text and documents when needed.

Requirements:
Experience in social media management & customer service.
Strong communication & organizational skills.
Ability to multitask & meet deadlines.
Fluent in English & Arabic (written & spoken).
Must be based in Pakistan or Kuwait.
