Location: kuwait

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator with valid Kuwait driving license to join our dynamic team in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate and oversee project activities, ensuring that they align with organizational goals.
– Manage schedules and deadlines, and ensure that project milestones are met.
– Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
– Prepare and track project documentation, reports, and presentations.
– Monitor project progress and address issues promptly.
– Maintain constant communication with the top management, providing regular updates on project status.
– Organize and attend meetings, taking detailed notes and following up on action items.
– Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in project implementation.
– Assist with resource allocation and budgeting, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
– Support the project manager in day-to-day project activities and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
– Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient project delivery and management.

Requirements:
– Valid Kuwait driving license is a must.
– Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
– Strong understanding of project management processes and methodologies.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
– Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
– Knowledge of project management software is a plus.
– Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
– PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is a plus.
