2. *Experience*: 7+ years in luxury landscape design.
3. *Portfolio*: Strong portfolio showcasing high-end landscape projects.
4. *Software Skills*: Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop.
5. *Technical Knowledge*: Deep understanding of high-quality materials, plant species, and irrigation systems.
6. *Leadership Skills*: Excellent leadership, client communication, and project management skills.
7. *Business Acumen*: Strong business sense – ability to align design vision with company growth goals.
8. *Language Skills*: Fluent in Arabic and English.
