Required Business Development Engineer

• Experience: At least 5 years in business development, with expertise in the finishing materials and aluminum products industry. Leadership experience is preferred.
• Leadership: Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams and achieve strategic goals.
• Analytical Skills: Expertise in market analysis, identifying customer trends, and using data to inform strategies.
• Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated success in leading complex negotiations to favorable outcomes.
• Communication: Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to establish long-term relationships at all levels of an organization.
• Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field is required. An MBA is a plus.
