What You’ll Do: Lead quality assurance and control processes for electrical systems and components. Conduct advanced inspections, testing, and root cause analysis using cutting-edge tools. Ensure compliance with international standards (IEC, IEEE, ISO) and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to improve quality and reliability. Mentor junior engineers and technicians, promoting a culture of excellence. Prepare detailed reports and present findings to clients and stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering. 10+ years of experience in quality control or electrical engineering. In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, quality processes, and industry standards. Leadership skills with a proven track record in managing quality assurance initiatives. Certifications such as ISO 9001 or Six Sigma (preferred). Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
