We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in client coordination, resource management, and handling administrative tasks such as invoice and quote preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and maintain regular communication with clients.
Manage and track resources efficiently.
Prepare invoices and quotes as per client requirements.
Ensure smooth daily operations and assist in administrative functions.
Handle client inquiries and maintain professional relationships.
Perform additional administrative tasks as required.
Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in administrative roles with a focus on client coordination and resource management.
Strong proficiency in both Hindi and English (written and spoken).
Experience in preparing invoices and quotes.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Working Hours:

8 hours per day, Saturday to Thursday.
