Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular visits to branches to monitor performance and provide feedback to management teams.
• Manage budgets and financial reports, ensuring profitability across all locations.
• Recruit, train and develop staff to maintain a high level of service and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote new products and services.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork.
• Prepare and submit performance reports to senior management
Skills
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field of food retail
• A thorough knowledge of the companies supplying products in Kuwait
• Identify emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
• Supervising the establishment of new branches
• Product presentation skills
• Management and leadership skills
• Valid transferable residency
• Driving license
