*Architect engineer* is required from inside Kuwait 🇰🇼
Working hours: Full time on site, adhering to working hours
Experience & Qualification
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture engineering
* 5+ years of architectural experience
* Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, 3D max ,,shop drawing ,SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office .
* Experienced in writing official reports in English language.
* Fluent English language (Reading, writing and speaking)
Responsibilities :
* Has an experience in implementing projects and receiving and delivering work check list
* Conducting building structure measurements and producing detailed site plans with accurate measurements.
* Creating comprehensive shop drawings, including projections, facades, and sections.
* Performing precise quantity calculations.
* Overseeing and follow up site installation work and supervising the work crew.
* Attending meetings on site and in-office meetings.
* Skill in communicating with the consulting office and the owner .
* Identify client requirements and obtain required data to complete architectural designs. 
* Prepare various architectural concept design proposals and project specifications for clients and other design professionals to develop design solutions and revise them as per the client request.
