Education: High School Diploma (Degree preferred)
Experience: 2+ years in housekeeping/hospitality
Bonus: Training experience is a plus
Skills You’ll Need:
Communication: Fluent in English/Arabic (Hindi/Sinhala/Tagalog is a plus)
Interpersonal: Build strong relationships with trainees and staff
Detail-Oriented: Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety protocols
What You'll Do:
Assist in delivering engaging training sessions
Track trainee progress and provide feedback
Update training materials and manuals
Foster a positive, collaborative learning environment
