Position: *Helpdesk Operator*
Location: Kuwait
1- First point of contact for PAI users reporting service disruption or requesting service.
2- Recording, classifying, matching, prioritizing, routing, resolving (unless assigned to other support groups) and closing incidents.
3- Monitor and track incidents.
4- Provide customer updates as required
5- Attempt to resolve incident using knowledge base articles and experience. Track progress of incidents by accurate and timely recording of incident status and ongoing communication of progress to the user.
6- Monitoring existing network components
7- Record resolution of incident to ensure that this is clear and understandable
8- years’ Experience – Helpdesk Operator
