Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Team Leader)
Salary: Up to 600 KWD

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using PHP Laravel.
- Lead the development team, providing guidance and support to junior developers.
- Design and manage databases using SQL Server.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP solutions.
- Work on ERP systems, with a preference for experience in supermarket ERP solutions.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality code and manage project timelines.


- Provide technical support and troubleshooting, including after-duty calls.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 12 years of experience in full stack development with PHP and Laravel.
- Proficiency in SQL Server.
- Experience as a Team Leader, overseeing a development team.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, especially within the supermarket industry (preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Compensation Package:
- Basic Salary: 300 KWD
- On-site Allowance: 80 KWD
- Team Leader Allowance: 30 KWD
- Consultant Allowance: 30 KWD
- After-Duty Call: 60 KWD
- Accommodation: 70 KWD
- Transport: 30 KWD
