Construction Manager
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
A minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience managing major projects in the oil and gas industry or environmental industry, with a strong focus on soil excavation and contaminated site remediation.
Extensive experience in heavy equipment fleet management, particularly involving excavators, loaders, and other earth-moving equipment.
In-depth knowledge of planning and executing soil excavation, transportation, and in-situ soil mixing for environmental remediation projects.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage project timelines, and ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors.

Quantity Surveyor
B.Sc. (Qs) or equivalent qualification
Should be with a qualification and experience in Project Monitoring and Tendering
Min 3-5 years experience in similar position
Preparing IPA and Sub Contract Bills
Knowledge of BOQ preparing and checking
Follow up Invoices till they are being paid.
Good Knowledge of Construction Methods, Services and Material.
