Labaguette is looking to hire :
Bakery Chef
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, breads, cakes, and other baked goods
-Develop new recipes and improve existing ones to enhance product offerings
-Able to make new fillings for pies and sandwiches plus new products
-Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards and are presented attractively
-Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary
-Train and mentor junior bakers and kitchen staff as needed
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.

- Extensive knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Creativity and a passion for baking art
- Understanding of food safety
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
