Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:-
Monitor sales activities, track progress against targets
Responsible for training, and managing the team, this includes setting performance targets
Play a crucial role in developing sales strategies and plans to meet company objectives
Work closely with customers to understand their needs
Responsible for gathering sales data, analysis trends, and preparing accurate sales forecasts, menu engineering
Daily branches orders and the establishment of a dynamic for them that includes reducing waste and maintaining the approved waste rate
Set sales quotas, area, and compensation plans to incentivize the sales team
