Position: Supervisor - Car Wash / Vehicle Cleaning

Job Overview:

Nitrogen Company is looking for an experienced and motivated Supervisor to lead our team of Car Washers/Vehicle Cleaners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in car washing and polishing, with at least 2 years of experience, and the ability to manage and inspire a team to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of car washers, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure high-quality performance and a positive work environment.
• Training and Development: Train new employees and continuously develop the skills of existing team members, ensuring adherence to best practices in vehicle cleaning and polishing.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of vehicles before and after cleaning to ensure that all services meet our high standards.
• Customer Service: Address any customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
• Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours and efficient operations.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all necessary materials are available for daily operations.
• Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on team performance, inventory levels, and any operational issues to management.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in car washing, polishing, or vehicle cleaning, with prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Attention to Detail: A commitment to quality and an eye for detail to ensure the highest standards of service.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, including scheduling, inventory, and quality control, effectively.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer concerns and operational challenges efficiently.

Requirements

• Kuwaiti Visa: Should be transferable
• Origin: Applicants Should be from one of the following countries ( India - Bangladesh - Nepal or similar )
• Languages: English - Arabic ( Understanding )
