Experience: 2-3 Years in Similar Field Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental management, with a strong commitment to ensuring a safe working environment for all employees and contractors.

Job Responsibilities:
 Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, standards, and guidelines on-site.
 Conduct regular risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
 Investigate and report all incidents, accidents, and near misses, and develop preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
 Provide safety induction and ongoing HSE training to employees, contractors, and visitors to ensure awareness and adherence to safety protocols.
 Develop and implement emergency response plans, conduct drills, and ensure all personnel are aware of their roles during emergencies.
 Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incident reports, training, and safety meetings.
 Ensure proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE) by all personnel on-site.
 Participate in and contribute to HSE meetings, providing insights and updates on safety performance.
 Monitor and ensure adherence to environmental management practices, including waste disposal and pollution control.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a relevant field.
– 2-3 years of experience in a similar HSE role.
– Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH-IGC, IOSH)
– Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
– Excellent communication and training skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
