Location: Shuwaik


A small company (5-10employees) in Industrial Shuwaikh is looking to fill a part time position.

Flexible part time hours. Not daily.
Schedule can be discussed.

Requirements and duties include :

Must be self motivating and able to set up the HR and accounting systems for this company.
Hard working
Experienced
Great English reading and writing skills
Experience in HR
(Maintain employee records, payroll, Pay-slips, Overtime, Attendance, Posting Leaves, Monitor Civil ID, Rollout Memos and HR policies and procedures & etc)

Accounting experience
- Complete day-to-day recording of transactions.
- Cross check all receipts and staff over time and create reports.
Upload all receipts onto Xero
• Ensure Monthly closing is accurate
* Updating accounts receivable and issue invoices
Manage inventory and do costing on the f&b items
*Manage Petty Cash and expenses
*expenses, payroll records etc.
