We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team with a strong background in heavy transportation.
minimum of 5+ years of experience in managing operations within the heavy transport sector and be based in Kuwait.

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and manage the logistics and transport of heavy equipment, including trucks, lorries, and specialized vehicles.
Ensure efficient and cost-effective operations while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.
Develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Manage a team of drivers, operators, and support staff, providing training and leadership to ensure high performance.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, making data-driven decisions to optimize operations.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of transport activities and timely delivery of services.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in heavy transportation operations management.
Proven experience in handling large fleets and managing logistics operations.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under minimum supervision and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred).
Must be currently residing in Kuwait and have a valid residency.
