Hiring Sales Leader for Showroom and Trade Electrical Devices
Position: Sales Leader – Showroom and Trade Electrical Devices
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for both the showroom and trade markets.
• Foster strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Prerequisites:
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in the electrical devices industry.
• Education: Electrical Engineering from University certified by KSE.
• Skills:
o Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
o Strong leadership and team management skills.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
o In-depth knowledge of the electrical devices market and industry trends.
o Ability to analyse sales data and market information to make informed decisions.
• Hold a valid Kuwaiti driving license.
• Be a member of the Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE).
• Have a transferable visa.
o Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
• Other Requirements:
o Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
o Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
