Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Perfume Production Manager to lead our production team in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire perfume production process, ensuring high-quality standards, and meeting production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Management: Oversee daily operations of the perfume production line to ensure efficiency and quality.
2. Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet company standards.
3. Inventory Management: Manage raw materials and finished product inventories to optimize production and minimize waste.
4. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of production staff, providing training and development opportunities.
5. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, marketing, and sales teams to align production with market demands.

8. Reporting: Prepare and present regular production reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry preferred , Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in perfume or cosmetic production management.
3. Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of perfume production processes, quality control standards, and regulatory requirements.
Preferred Attributes:
1. Experience working in the Middle East or similar markets.
2. Proficiency in ERP and production management software.
3. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
