Job Overview:

The Automotive Sales Advisor is responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and preferences. The role requires excellent communication skills, a thorough knowledge of the automotive market, and the ability to build strong customer relationships to drive sales and achieve dealership targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Greet customers and ascertain their vehicle needs and preferences.

Provide detailed information on available vehicles, including specifications, pricing, and financing options.

Conduct test drives and follow up with customers post-test drive.

Sales Process:

Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to finalizing the purchase.

Negotiate pricing and terms in a professional and transparent manner.

Prepare sales contracts and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.

Product Knowledge:

Stay up-to-date with the latest vehicle models, features, and industry trends.

Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Customer Service:

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and address any customer complaints or issues promptly.

Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and transactions.

Collaborate with the finance and insurance departments to ensure smooth processing of customer purchases.

Sales Targets:

Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and dealership goals.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.

Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar role.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Proficiency in using dealership management software and CRM systems.

Oracle NetSuite is advantage

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Capability to lift and move items.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD350.000 per month
