Hiring in an Engineering company in Kuwait

KEY SKILLS : DATA BACK-UPS, SERVER INSTALLATION, SYSTEM RELIABILITY, TROUBLESHOOTING SERVER HARDWARE & NETWORK OPERATIONS

The technician will handle technical issues, server installations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Resolve issues across systems and networking to maintain system reliability.
• Remediate power issues and participate in data center incident management.
• Adhere to 24x7 shift and on-call schedules, with prompt response capabilities.
• Install servers within designated service level agreements (SLAs).
• Perform diagnostics and maintenance of server and network devices.

REQUIRED QUALLIFICATIONS

• Over 1 year with a labor outsourcing company, participating in at least 1 project.

• 2 years of experience with server operating systems.

• 1 year of experience in a data center environment.

• Competent in troubleshooting server hardware and basic network operations.

• Excellent communication skills and a grasp of data center hygiene, safety, and security.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in Linux administration.
• Basic understanding of network administration and support.
• Skilled in cabling infrastructure troubleshooting (copper and fiber).

• Knowledgeable about data center facilities, including power and cooling systems.
