Requirements:

* 5-7 years of experience in cost control and purchasing
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
* Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities:

* Manage and control purchasing activities
* Monitor and analyze cost variations
* Ensure timely procurement of quality ingredients
* Collaborate with suppliers and maintain vendor relationships
* Prepare and present cost reports to management
