Location: Kuwait

A well reputed company in Kuwait is looking for the following positions.
1) Head of Construction Division

▪ Demonstrate ability to manage concurrently multi-discipline projects involving other
senior engineers and subcontractors.
▪ Responsible for resource planning, cost estimating, cost control, and risk management.
▪ Provide technical leadership for site team for managing construction Project.
▪ Prepare proposals independently for clients.
▪ Steer and develop the company's construction team
▪ Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 10+ years of professional experience.
▪ Worked as a Project Manager for at least 3+ years having executed multi discipline
projects.
▪ Kuwait Society of Engineers Valid Registration
▪ PMI Certification is preferred.
▪ PE registration is a plus, but not required.
▪ Being LEED accredited is a plus, but not required.

2) Electrical Engineer
 Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with 5-10 years of professional experience.
 Experience in designing and developing MEP projects from concept to completion.
 Ability to perform engineering calculations, specify, size, and layout power, lighting, security, and fire alarm systems.
 Kuwait Society of Engineers Valid Registration
 PMI Certification is preferred.
 PE registration is a plus, but not required.

3) QA / QC Engineer Construction
 Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with 5-10 years of professional experience.
 Review and understand construction plans, specifications, and drawings.



 Participate in site investigations and data collection.
 Help prepare material estimates and cost calculations.
 Assist with obtaining permits and other necessary documentation.
 Perform basic quality control inspections of materials and workmanship.
 Identify and report any safety hazards or discrepancies to the Resident Engineer.
 Prepare and maintain progress reports and documentation.
 Proficiency in quality control inspection techniques.
 Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
 Problem-solving and analytical skills.
 Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
