Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified IT Knowledge Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the IT industry with a strong background in training, support, and effective communication skills. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions for users on IT systems and tools
Provide technical support to end-users, resolving issues promptly
Create documentation and user guides for IT applications
