We are seeking a proficient Nursery Supervisor who is fluent in both English and Arabic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in horticulture, including plant care, cultivation, and pest management. The role also involves interacting with customers to assist with plant sales and providing expert advice in our showroom.

Proficiency in English and Arabic.

Strong knowledge of horticulture, including plant care, cultivation, and pest management.

Previous experience in a supervisory role in a nursery or similar setting.

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to engage with customers to drive sales.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work well in a team environment and lead a team effectively
