Required for Logistic company a Customer Service agent :
Job responsibilities:
Customer Service
Ensures that all contacts with clients (e-mail, walk-In center, SMS or phone) provides the client with a personalized customer service experience of the highest level
Assists in helping clients track their parcels and provide helpful information as required
Through interaction with clients on the CRM, uses every opportunity to build client’s interest in the company’s services
Manages administrative duties assigned by the human resources and admin manager in an effective and timely manner
Consistently stays abreast of any new information on the organizations’ services promotional campaigns etc. to ensure accurate and helpful information are supplied to clients when they make enquiries
Coordinate dispatching team/ warehouse team for any urgent delivery requests
Responsible for the customer service report
Requirements:
- Must be a Bilingual. (Arabic & English)
- Bachelor's degree.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in the same field (logistics)
