• Experienced Maintenance Supervisor with years of experience in developing maintenance plans, troubleshooting, and implementing safety protocols & report writing.
• Supervise the upkeep of facilities
• Ensure safety protocols are followed
• Develop maintenance schedules and budgets
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks
• Assign tasks to staff members
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems
• Order supplies and equipment
• Maintain records and logs of maintenance activities
• Can perform tasks assigned by company
