1) Job Description: Accountant

Responsibilities:
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Prepare and process journal entries, accruals, and
adjustments.
• Assist in preparing financial statements (monthly, quarterly,
annual).
• Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor
cash flow.
• Support budgeting and forecasting with
financial data and
analysis.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve
accounting discrepancies.
• Maintain documentation of accounting policies and
procedures.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.
• Perform cost accounting and analyze variances.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate
environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and
practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (Odoo
experience is a plus).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance
requirements in Kuwait or relevant jurisdiction.
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn new concepts and
technologies.
• Integrity and professionalism in handling confidential
information.

2) Job Description: Financial Analyst

Responsibilities:
• Analyze financial statements to assess performance and identify trends.
• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting.
• Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results with forecasts and budgets.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
• Assist in budgeting and planning with financial insights.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and perform ROI analysis.
• Collaborate with various departments for data collection and analysis.
• Monitor KPIs and financial metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree or CFA/CA/CPA preferred.


• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or related roles.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau).
• Solid understanding of financial statements and corporate finance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Adaptable and eager to learn new concepts and technologies.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (Odoo experience is a plus).
