Location: Kuwait

We are looking for a Formulation Chemist for a Chemical Manufacturing Plant located in Kuwait. Candidates should have the below mentioned experience and qualifications:
1. Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in R&D and manufacturing of chemical products.
- Strong knowledge of chemical ingredients, formulations, and relevant regulations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

2. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and formulate new products such as sanitizers, disinfectants, fabric softeners, shampoos, and hand soaps.
- Improve the characteristics and stability of existing products.
- Conduct product testing to ensure quality and efficacy.
- Source and evaluate raw materials and ingredients.
- Provide technical support to the production team, including troubleshooting production issues and optimizing manufacturing processes.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to align product development with market needs and company strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to incorporate the latest technologies and practices.
- Ensure all products comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including SOPs, product specifications, and formulation records.
- Conduct stability studies and shelf-life evaluations.
- Participate in the scale-up process from laboratory to production scale.
