Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer with proficiency in 3D rendering and MEP drawings to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, coupled with technical expertise in creating detailed 3D models and MEP drawings to support our diverse range of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and requirements.
• Develop innovative interior design concepts that align with client needs and project goals.
• Create detailed 3D renderings to visualize design concepts and present them to clients.
• Produce accurate MEP drawings to ensure seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in the design.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into design projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.

• Proven experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D renderings and MEP drawings.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and MEP systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
