Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to emails in a professional manner.
Generate and send quotes, PO's, Invoices, Reports to clients based on provided guidelines.
Assist in creating purchase orders and maintaining records.
Basic accounting tasks such as invoice processing and expense tracking.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles is a plus.
