Location: Kuwait
Salary: 1,000 - 1,200 KWD per month
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team, focusing on the oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, extensive knowledge of the oil and gas industry in Kuwait, and strong relationships with key industry players. Arabic language skills are highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
• Identify Opportunities:
• Monitor and check for Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) related to the oil and gas sector.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Client Engagement:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the oil and gas sector.
• Understand client needs and present tailored solutions using our products and services in collaboration with partners/vendors.


• Conduct regular client meetings to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.

• Sales Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase market share.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.

• Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with internal teams (e.g., technical, marketing, and product development) to ensure alignment and support for client needs.
• Coordinate with partners and vendors to ensure timely delivery of solutions and services.





• Reporting and Analysis:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to senior management.


• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Industry Knowledge:
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the oil and gas sector.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance knowledge and expand professional network.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the oil and gas sector in Kuwait.
• Strong understanding of the oil and gas industry, including key players, market dynamics, and regulatory environment.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
