*Vacancy Announcement: Operations Coordinator*

We are looking for a dynamic Operations Coordinator to join our team! If you have a knack for organization, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and excel at coordinating tasks, we want to hear from you.

*Reports:*

- Preparing analytical reports as per request from Top management
- Working on the implementation of new projects in foreign markets

*3rd party warehouse contracts*

- Conducting market research to secure 3rd party contracts with warehouses externally
- Work on the implementation of new projects in Foreign Markets.
- Negotiate contracts
- Comparing current and new prices to get good deals and present to top management.
- Negotiating contracts.
- Prepare analytical reports.
- VIP customer orders:
- Handling any issues that might arise with VIP customer orders
- Follow up with abroad operations and customer service teams to resolve the problems in coordination with headquarters (Kuwait)
*Other operational requirements:*
- Communicating with the operational team abroad on daily operational issues
- Reporting any problems noticed in the daily operations to headquarters (Kuwait)
