Required VIP Luxury Travel Agent

- 3+ years of leisure or luxury travel sales experience
- Experience working with VIP/luxury clienteles including higher classes of travel and full itinerary arrangements highly preferred
- Demonstrated experience with air, hotel, transfers, and concierge sales and a familiarity with supplier contracts, refunds, exchanges, commissions and net fare agreements.
- Excellent knowledge of international airfare routings and worldwide geography
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to think independently & escalate issues as needed
- Strong reporting and analytical skills
- Knowledgeable in Amadeus and Galileo software preferred
- Local Hire Transferable Residency
