**Job Opportunity: Material Planner**

**Educational Qualification:** Suitable Bachelor's Degree OR Diploma in Science

**Experience:** Minimum of 10 years of experience in the oil & gas industry in a similar role

**Duties & Responsibilities:**

The Material Planner will report to the Senior Production Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of procurement and material specifications used in the oil and gas industry and be proficient in MS Project/Primavera, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook. Key duties and responsibilities include:

1. Liaising with the warehouse, maintenance divisions, field crews, and other sections for planning material requirements for the department.
2. Demonstrating good knowledge of materials used in the oil and gas industry and their specifications.
3. Managing and controlling inventory, raising material requests, and developing procurement processes as needed to fulfill material needs for ongoing maintenance, operations, and projects.
4. Keeping records of all incoming and outgoing materials from the department's warehouses located at multiple locations.
