Experience & Qualification
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or civil engineering
* 5+ years of architectural experience
* Excellent knowledge in 3D designing, modeling, and rendering
* Understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems and site requirements
* Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, 3D max ,SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office .

Responsibilities:
-Apply architectural engineering principles to develop architectural designs & specifications for clients, required authorities, etc. and ensure they are being applied. 
-Identify client requirements and obtain required data to complete architectural designs. 
-Prepare various architectural concept design proposals and project specifications for clients and other design professionals to develop design solutions and revise them as per the client request.
