Qualification & Skills:
 Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
 Additional certification in HR is a plus.

Experience:
 7 -10 years of professional experience in handling all areas of Human Resources which includes recruitment, staffing, payroll, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counselling.
 Excellent expertise in handling Oracle HRMS & Microsoft Excel.
 Excellent expertise in the Kuwait Labor Law.
 Excellent in handling monthly payroll, leave calculations and indemnity in coordination with banks.
 Kuwait experience is a must.

Languages:
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic Arabic communication skills.
