Job Title: HVAC Installation Foreman
Job Description: As an HVAC Installation Foreman, you will oversee the installation of HVAC systems, with a primary focus on ductwork, for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. You will manage a team of installers, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of HVAC installers in the installation of ductwork and HVAC systems.
Coordinate and schedule installation activities to meet project deadlines.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and building codes.
Inspect completed work for quality and compliance with specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site.
Maintain accurate records of project progress and personnel performance.
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members.
Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HVAC Installation Foreman or similar role.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, especially ductwork installation.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Certification in HVAC systems or relevant field is preferred.
