We are looking CRM executive position for our sales team, The CRM Executive will assist in developing, implementing, and managing our (CRM) system. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• CRM System Management:
• Administer and maintain the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
• Customer Data Analysis:
• Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement in customer engagement.
• Communication and Engagement:
• Plan and execute targeted communication strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Customer Support:
• Collaborate with customer support teams to address and resolve customer queries, concerns, or issues promptly.
• Campaign Management:
• Design and implement CRM campaigns to drive customer retention, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives.
• Feedback Collection:
• Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to product and service enhancements.
• Social Media and Blogging Management

Required Candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
CRM software proficiency is preferred
Strong analytical and communication skills
Detail-oriented with organizational abilities
Team player with a proactive mindset.
