*Job Title*: Warehouse Worker

*Salary*: Competitive, based on experience

*Responsibilities*:
* Picking and Packing: Accurately pick products from inventory and pack them for shipment.
* Shipping and Receiving: Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, verify contents, and ensure proper documentation.
* Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular counts, and report discrepancies.
* Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently (training provided if necessary).
* Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
* General Warehouse Duties: Assist with maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, and perform other tasks as assigned by the warehouse manager.

*Requirements:*
* Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required.
* Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to [specific weight, e.g., 50 pounds]).
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
* Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training can be provided).
