*Technical Engineering Coordinator*
 
We are seeking a dedicated Technical Engineering Coordinator (TEC) to maintain an efficient reporting system internal and provide provide technical support to technicians, operations staff, and clients, submit daily reports to clients, and offer recommendations to improve service standards and ensure quick issue resolution.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Kuwait resident (transferable)
- ⁠Bachelor’s Degree a plus
- At least 1 year of experience in operations, administration or data entry
- Proficiency in English is a must. Arabic a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is a must.
- Strong time management and organizational skills

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲
- Review clients’ feedback and accordingly suggest improvements for reports and forms to Technical Engineering Manager.
- Update MSDS and Labels files in all vehicles.
- Handle efficient filing and electronic archiving systems.
- Update and follow up on the sanitation and proofing recommendations’ list delivered to clients.
- Assist the Technical Engineering Manager in the preparation of suitable training materials.
- Prepare Service Reports Report and other technical reports
- Prepare Audit files and documents of audited clients
