Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
Experience:
6-8 years of functional experience out of which 3-5 years should be in equivalent management role
Prior experience of Account Manager/Key Account Supervisor/Area Sales Manager.
Good knowledge of sales and marketing principles
Basic understanding of accounting and finance related to sales
Basic knowledge of production and supply chain process
Responsibilities:
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls
Set individual sales targets with the sales team
Drive and maximize profitably via 5Ps (Presence, Placement, Price, Promotion, People-Customers) execution to gain market share
Ensure DSO targets are achieved for each customer
Development and execution of Route to Market
Strict implementation of Commercial Policy to achieve full compliance and to optimise Trade Investments (TRIO positive index).
Execution of RADAR – market intelligence system to track 5Ps activities of competition.
Expand customer database and create new customers channel wise and territory wise.
Achieve annual volume and annual targets.
Full responsibility for client relationship management (CRM).
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Full responsibility for client relationship management and conduct business reviews with key customers.
Coordinate the execution of marketing & promotional activities in the marketplace to derive maximum benefit out of such promotional initiatives
Submit full year marketing plan including innovation, NPDs, RGM.
